What's usually same-day
Broken torsion and extension springs, snapped or frayed lift cables, worn rollers and hinges, misaligned or faulty safety sensors, most opener faults including gear kits and travel-limit resets, off-track doors, and general tune-ups and balance adjustment. These are the overwhelming majority of calls, and they use parts we carry.
What usually isn't
Full door replacement, custom-sized doors for historic or non-standard openings, discontinued panel matching, and anything needing a special-order part. These need ordering and scheduling. We can normally attend the same day to make the door safe and secure even when the permanent fix has to wait for parts — that's often the more important thing.
How location affects timing
Central Augusta, Martinez and North Augusta are the fastest for us to reach. Evans, Grovetown and Hephzibah are routinely same-day. Aiken and more rural properties out toward the county edges are still same-day most days, but the window is wider because of the drive. We'd rather quote you a realistic window than an optimistic one you then have to wait past.
