Welcome to Garage Door Repair of Augusta. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

Garage Door Repair of Augusta provides professional garage door repair, installation, replacement, and maintenance services in Augusta, GA and surrounding areas including Aiken SC, Evans GA, Grovetown GA, Hephzibah GA, and North Augusta SC.

2. Service Estimates

All service estimates are based on an initial inspection and may change if additional issues are discovered. We will notify you of any changes to the estimated cost before proceeding with additional work.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of service
• We accept cash, credit cards, and checks
• Service may be suspended if payment is not received
• Returned checks will incur a $35 fee

4. Warranties

We provide warranties on both parts and labor:

• Parts: Manufacturer warranty (varies by product, typically 1-10 years)
• Labor: 90-day warranty on all repair work
• New installations: 1-year labor warranty

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or natural disasters.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• No cancellation fee for appointments cancelled 24+ hours in advance
• $50 cancellation fee for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice
• $75 fee for no-show appointments
• Emergency services may have different cancellation terms

6. Service Area

We primarily serve Augusta, GA and the surrounding CSRA (Central Savannah River Area). Service outside our standard area may incur additional travel fees.

7. Emergency Services

Emergency and after-hours services are available 24/7 and may be subject to additional fees. Emergency service rates will be clearly communicated before work begins.

8. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide safe and clear access to garage door
• Remove vehicles and obstacles from work area
• Secure pets during service appointment
• Notify us of any known hazards or issues
• Test garage door safety features monthly

9. Liability

Garage Door Repair of Augusta is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage not disclosed during inspection
• Damage caused by customer misuse after service
• Items left in garage or work area
• Service delays due to weather, supplier issues, or events beyond our control
